I am Armando M. Alvarez, Sr., a seasoned real estate broker with 25 years of experience in the industry. My extensive background as an investor, sales agent, and broker equips me to provide you with tailored insights and data that cater precisely to your needs. To illustrate my expertise, let me share a bit about my educational journey. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in operations from the University of Phoenix (UoP). Following that, I pursued graduate studies at UoP, completing a master’s in management and leadership. Recognizing the necessity for further education in providing business consultations, I then attended American Intercontinental University, where I acquired a master's in education.
In addition, I was invited and inducted into The National Honor of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Also known as "Sigma, Alpha, Pi". The symbol for Sigma Alpha Pi (ΣAπ) is the Greek letters that represent the organization's core values: Success, Action, and Purpose. The NSLS is an organization that provides a life-changing leadership program that helps students achieve personal growth, career success, and empowers them to have a positive impact in their community.
Armed with my real estate experience and investor insights, I pursued my real estate license by attending Gold Coast Real Estate School, where I earned a diploma as a real estate professional. Shortly after, I successfully passed the state exam to become a Sales Associate. Two years later, I advanced my career by completing the broker course at JM School of Real Estate and earned my real estate broker’s license after passing the state exam. During my active years as a real estate sales professional, I further honed my skills with a specialized course from the Miami Board of Real Estate. This training focused on mastering the art of communication with sellers, understanding their unique needs, analyzing the market, negotiating optimal profit margins, and efficiently managing contracts and necessary documentation to finalize transactions. This rigorous training granted me the Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
Today, I proudly serve as a real estate consultant. My commitment is to deeply understand my customers and their aspirations, ensuring a strategic approach to achieve a successful closing while delivering maximum profit in compliance with legal and market standards.
